Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling UK (excluding Northern Ireland) - delivery charge of £12, unless a timed delivery is requested for which there will be an extra charge.
Northern Ireland - delivery charge of £25, unless a timed delivery is requested for which there will be an extra charge.
Europe - £50 for first item plus £20 per extra item ordered.
Rest of the World - £60 for first item plus £25 per extra item ordered.
Delivery Schedule Subject to products being in stock we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you next day on business days. International orders generally take 2/3 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders placed from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. Orders placed from the European Union are VAT free subject to the VAT No being supplied when ordering and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Orders placed from the rest of the world are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Hive Industries endeavours to supply items in a fault free condition within the requested delivery time-frame and Interspace Products are covered by a 3 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. This is to say that within the first 3 years, subject to the customer following our Returns Procedure, genuine manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge. However, Hive Industries will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or costs arising in the case of an item found to be faulty. This also applies to late or non-delivery or items damaged during delivery.

Returns Policy NOTIFICATION OF FAULT
In the first instance please contact your Regional Distributor either by phone, fax or email to report the fault and discuss the solutions available. Initially, telephone support or replacement parts sending out may be all that is needed. If this does not cure the fault and goods have to be returned for repair, a returns number MUST be obtained in order for the goods to be returned.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Contact your Regional Distributor either by phone, fax or email and you will be issued with a returns number. Please ensure that the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are suitably packaged, with 'proof of delivery'. The product will first be examined to ascertain the problem and in the event the customer is liable for repair charges, an estimate will be given before any repairs are carried out. We will endeavour to effect any repairs and return the item as quickly as possible.
Remittance Terms Payment is required at time of purchase.
